Step by step
1) Read the letter carefully and note exactly which documents are requested and the final date. 2) Gather the documents – send copies unless otherwise stated. 3) Mark everything with your case number. 4) Send by post to the address in the letter, or upload digitally if the letter refers to the e-service.
If you cannot make it in time
Contact Migrationsverket before the deadline and ask for an extension. If you do not respond at all the case may be decided on existing material – which often means refusal.
